Mark Houser

Mark Houser is the Owner and Primary Salesperson for the store. He grew up in Springdale, AR and now resides in Berryville, AR. He has over 26 years of experience in the flooring industry. He oversees all day to day operations of the company. He measures and quotes all jobs and has a vast knowledge of flooring products and will assist you in picking the right product for you and your needs for your project.

Holly Cox

Holly Cox is in charge of the bookkeeping and day to day office work. She covers accounts payable/receivable, maintaining customer files, etc. She is originally from Texas but currently resides in Shell Knob, MO with her husband Brian. They have a daughter Arian who attends college at the University of Central Missouri.

Brian Cox

Brian Cox is our Warehouse Manager. He resides in Shell Knob, MO. Brian is in charge of inventory, ordering job materials, scheduling jobs, loading/unloading flooring materials and overseeing all of our subcontractors as well as many other duties including sales.
